Sri Talla Sambha Shiva Rao is a great devotee of Lord Shiva.

He has taken Lingadharana along with his family from Kedharnadth Peetadhipathi. He spends all his time in Shivaradhana, Shivadhyanam and Shiva namasmaranam. He has built Shivalayam in Gangavaram (his home town) and made pratistha of Lord Gangadhara along with Parvathi. In Addategala mandal also he made pratistha of Sri Vana Durga Devi along with Sri Visweswara Swamy.

Sri Sambha Shiva Rao has a leading hand in performing Awarana poojas to Manikyamba Ammavaru on every Pournami and Archanas to Sri Bheemeswara Swamy on every masa Shivaratri from the past 10 years along with other devotees.

He also published a book on Bheemeswara Sandarsanam which gives a lot of information about Shivalayas. This is the main source for Bheema Sabha in Draksharamam.
